This cause came on for trial the 3rd day of April, 1979,

and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence,
finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties
and subject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and ;
wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage between ~

the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It
is thereupon
. ORDERED and ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE, The marriage between WILLIAAi
ROY UNDERWOOD and BEVERLY T. UNDERWOOD be and the same is hereby ~

dissolved, and the parties and each of them are hereby forever ~
freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between ~ '

' them and from the obligations arising therefrom. ~

` 2. PROPERTY. The property settlement agreement entered

s into by the parties on February 16, 1979 and admitted into
~ evidence is hereby incorporated herein by reference and the
~ parties are ordered to comply with the provisions thereof.

~ 3. RESTORATION OF NAME. BEVERLY T. UNDERWOOD be and she :
~ is hereby authorized to assume her former name of BEVERLY THERESA ~ ;

~ BENNETT and to use the same ~n all respects as if said marriage
~ had not intervened.

r 4. JURISDICTION. Jurisdiction of this cause, and the parties
