IN RE: The Marriage of
LINDA LONG, Wife,
and
MERLE LONG, JR., Husband. •
ORDER FOR TEMPORARY RELIEF
THIS MATTER coming on for hearing on March 23, 1979, and
with the parties having stipulated to certain matters and the Court
having made certain findings as to others, based upon the parties'
stipulation, and including therein the agreement that none of the
matters stipulated to shall be with prejudice to the riqhts of
either party at final hearing, nor create any presumptions at the
final he~ring, it is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
l. That the Husband shall pay to the Wife the sum of Twenty
Dollars ($20.00) per week beginning Friday, April Sth. Each payraent
shall be made to the Clerk of the Court and by him remitted promptly
to LINDA LONG. In addition, there is hereby assessed the sum of $2.00

! as statutory costs to be added to each payment made to the Clerk. All
~
~ payments shall be made in cash, money order or cashier's check. Both
~ of the parties are ordered to keep the Clerk of this Court advised of
~
~ their mailing and residence addresses at all times while this Order
is in effect. In the event the Husband changes his residence from the
State of Fl~~ida, the Nusband may make said payments directly to the Wife.
2. That the Husband shall pay to the Wife's attorney the suni of
~
One Hundred (5100.00) Dollars as a temporary attorney's fee, with same
~ to be aid out of the refund tax check from Federal Income Taxes. That

the.balance of the refund shall be paid to the Wife who shall use same
~
~ for the care of the child, with the intention of the parties being that
~
a
# clothes and other such items be purchased with the funds.

~ 3. That a child care study by the Department of Health and
~
~ Rehabilitative Services is hereby ordered to investigate the suit-
~
~ ability of the Iiusband and Wife for purposes of custody of the minor
~
~ children of the parties, and said Department is hereby ordered to file
~
