4. That a mutual restraining order be hereby entered ordering
each of the parties to refrain and.restrain from botherinq, harassing,
or interferinq with the other in any fashion whatsoever.
The Court further finds, based upon the evidence, and orders:
1. That the Husband shall have visitation rights with the child
on Wednesday each week, picking up the child at 5:30 p.m., and returninq
the child no later than 8:00 p.m. Additionally, the Husband shall have

the.child visit with him on the first weekend of each month beginning

on the day of , 1979, from Saturday at 8:00 a.m.
through Sunday eveninq at 8:00 p.m. Further, on those alternate weeks
in which the Husband does not have custody of the child for the weekend,
the Husband shall have the right to pick up the child on Saturday at
1:00 p.m. and return the child by 6:00 p.m. Saturday. The intent of
this order is that the Husband should have the child on the first
weekend of the iaonth, skip a week, then have the child on the following
Saturday, then skip a week and barring calendar problems, be back to the
first weekend of the month. The Wife shall send necessary clothes for
the care of the child, with the_Husband to return the clothing or other
items in like condition. ~
2. The Court further recognizes the offer by the Husband to pay

~ one-half (1/2) of the babysitter charges during this temporary period,

if the Wife attains gainful employment and goes to work provided such

~ charges are reasonable. ~

~ 3. Jurisdiction of this cause and the parties hereto is retained
for the entry of such further orders as may be proper. Further jurisdiction
~ may be invoked by mai?ing a copy of any future pleading to the address
~ required to be supplied to the Clerk of the Court as outlined above.
~ Should jurisdiction be invoked in this manner, this pleading shall be

; mailed by certified mail, return receipt requested, addressee only, to
~ •
a the opposing party; and which shall allow forty (40) days from the mailing

s date thereof in which to file a responsive pleading.
