THIS CAUSE, having come on for trial on the ~ day of
, , 1979, upon the pleadings filed herein and the
Court having given full consideration to all the evidence and observed
the demeanor and physical condition of the witnesses, finds and
determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and subject
matter of the suit; that the relation of Husband and Wife now exists
between the parties; and that the marriage is irretrievably broken
and should be dissolved. It is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between EUGENE L.
MICHALIK, Husband, and DEBORAH MAY MICHALIK, Wife, be and the same is
~ hereby dissolved, and the parties and each of them are hereby forever
~ freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and
~ ~
! from the obligations arising therefrom.
~ 2. The Wife's name prior to this marriage, DEBORAH MAY
~ BISHOP, shall be and it is hereby restored and she shall be known
by~that name henceforth.
DONE AND ORDERED at Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida
