LUCIE COUNTY. ; CASE N0. 78-301-FR IN RE: The Marriage Of JO LYNN MORE~ Wife, . ~ and TRACY RUSSELL MORE, Husband. / FINAL JUDGMENT ~ DISS IAGE THIS CAUSE, having come on for trial on the 3rd day of April~ 1979, upon the pleadings filed herein and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence and observed the demeanor and physical condition of the witnesses, finds and determines: This Court has ~urisdiction of the parties and the subject matter of this suit; that the relation of Husband and Wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is thereupon ORDERED AND ADJDLGED as follows: . 1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage betweea TRACY ; , ; RUSSELL MORE, Husband and JO LYNN MORE, Wife, be and the same is hereby E ` dissolved, and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed ~ P i from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from ~ the obligations arising therefrom. f ~ 2. CUSTODY. Custody of the minor female child, to-wit: JESSICA KATNLEEN MORE, is hereby awarded to the Wife, with reasonable visitation rights granted to the Husband. The term reasonable rights ~ . ~ ~ ~ of visitation shall be construed liberally. ~ Each party shall notify the other promptly of any serious ~ : ~ ~ illness or any serious accident befalling the child. ' ~ The parties shall use all reasonable efforts to maintain r~ free access and to create a feeling of affection between themselves and ~ ~ 3 the child.
