3. MONETARY CHILD SUPPORT. Co~mnencing on the lOth day
of April, 1979. the Husband will pay to the Wife the swn of $27.50
each and every week for the support of the before-named child; said
sum to continue until such time as the child reaches majority, marries
or becomes self-supporting.
Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of the Court and
by him remitted promptly to JO LYNN MORE. In addition, there is hereby
assessed the sum of $2.00 as statutory costs to be added to each
payment made to the Clerk. A11 payments shall be made in cash, money
order or cashiers check. Both of the parties are ordered to keep the
Clerk of this Court advised of their mailing and residence addresses
at all times while this Order is in effect.
4. MARITAL DEBTS. The Husband shall be required to pay
all of the outstanding marital debts existing at the date the parties
separated, January, 1978.
5. MEDICAL BILLS OF THE CHILD. Each party shall bear
expenses incurred as a result of inedical and dental treatment for the
child of the parties, equally.
6. PERSONAL PROPERTY. Each party is hereby awarded that
personal property which is in his or her possession at the time of the
; signing of this Order. Each party shall execute the necessary papers
E to effectuate transfer of title to any such property, if necessary.
~ 7. ATTORNEY'S FEES. The Husband is hereby ordered to pay

~ to the Wife's attorney, the sur? of $200.00 toward attorney's fees; said
g sum to be paid directly to the Wife's attorney, OSBORNE WALKER O'QUINN,

8. JURISDICTION. Jurisdiction of this cause and the parties
hereto is retained for the entry of such further Orders as may be
