ASSIGNMENT OF JUDGMENT
I, JAMES GLEN ERISMAN, as Personal Representative of the
Estate of GLEN H. ERISMAN, deceased, hereinafter called "Assignor",
in consideration of the sum of $10.00 and other valuable considera-
tion paid to me by JAMES GLEN ERISMAN, Route 1, Box 16, Council
Bluffs, Iowa 51501, hereinafter called "Assignee", hereby assign to
the Assignee all my right, title and interest in that certain Final
Judgment by Default in the amount of $3,042.21 obtained by me, as
Personal Representative of the Estaze of GLEN H. ERISMAN. deceased,
against CHARLIE GOLDEN, in the County of St. Lucie, State of Florida,
which judgment was dated December 18, 1978, and recorded on January 5,
1979, in Official Records Book 301, at page 154, of the Public Records
of St. Lucie County,-Florida.
And I, the Assignor, covenant with the Assignee, as follows:
1. That the judgment is now in full force and effect; that
the time of CHARLIE GOLDEN to appeal has expired; that no appeal
from the judgment now is pending undeteroined; that no court or judge
has enjoined, restrained or stayed the issuance of execution on the
judgment or its collection; and that no execution has been issued
upon the ~udgment; and
! 2. That there now is due to me upon the judgment $3,042.21

~ And I, the Assignor, irrevocably appoint the Assignee my true

and lawful attorney, with.full power of substitution and revocation, t

( in my name, or otherwise,~but at his own cost and expense, to demand ;

~ and receive the money due, and to become due, under the judgment,

` and to sue out executions, and to take all lawful actions, suits~

; proceeding~ and means for the recovery of such money, and to

t acknowledge satisfaction, or the discharge of the same, as fully as ~
I might, or could, do, if this assignment had not been made, and I ~
. ~
ratify and confirm all that the Assignee, his attorney or substitute
shall lawfully do, or cause to be done, by virtue of this agreement.
