THIS CAUSE having come before the Court on the Wife's
Motion to Amend Alternative Counterpetition and the Court
! .
having reviewed same and being othezwise fully advised in
the premises, it is
ORDERED and ADJUDGED that the Wife's Alternative
Counterpetition filed in the above cause on or about October 5,
1978 be and the same is hereby amended to show the addition
of the following paragraphs:
4. That the tVife has incurred certain medical, hospital,
and drug expenses and will continue to require medical attention
and care in the future.

` LVHEREFORE, the Wife prays that as an alternative to the

relief sought in the foregoing Counternetition that the Court

; grant the Wife custody and control of the minor child of the

~ parties, permanent alimony and child support, payment of past,

~ present and future medical expenses incurred by, or on behalf
~ of, the Wife, and award attorney's fees to the law firm of
Brennan, McAliley, Hayskar &!tcAlilel for their services to
the ~~ife in this action with the Husban~ to pay said fees and
that the Court grant such other and further relief as may be
just and proper.
