RESTRAINING ORDER
THIS CAUSE having come before the Court on the petition
of DONNA MANN for a Restraining Order and the Court having reviewed
the file and taken testimony of the Petitioner, it is -
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Respondent, RICHARD W. MANN,
shall and he is hereby ordered to refrain from intimidating, harassing,
threatening or otherwise annoying the Petitioner, DONNA MANN; it is
further
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that C. L. Norvell, Sheriff of St. Lucie
County, Florida, shall, and he is hereby ordered to,-.enforce this
Order without further direction of this Court; it is further
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that this Order shall be served upon
the Respondent, RICHARD W. MANN, with the Petition for Dissolution of
Marriage and other suit papers.
