County, Florida; run thence West 132.69 feet along the North right-of-way line of Gulfstream
Avenue to a point on the Range Line or reference line set forth on survey of W.J. Schoepfer,~
R.L.S., dated May 10, 1978; turn thence and run North 0° along said Range Line 24.90 feet
to a point on the exterior surface of fence to the Point of Beginning; thence continue
North through center line of fence and party wall a distance of 50 feet more or less to
a point on exterior surface of wall; turn thence and run West 33 feet more or less along
exterior surface of wall to a point; turn thence and run South a distance of 17 feet more
or less along exterior surface of wall to the center line of party wall; turn thence
and run 16.33 feet East more or less along centerline of party wall to the center line of
North/South party wall; turn thence and run South 33 feet more or less along center line of
party wall to a point; turn thence and run East 16.66 feet more or less along exterior

Borrower covenants that Borrower is lawfiilly seized of the estate hereby conveyed and has the right to mortgage, grant and
convey the Property, that the Property is unencumbered, and that Borrower will warrant and defend generally the title to the
Property against all claims and demands, subject to any declarations, easements or restrictions listed in a schedule of
exceptions to coverage in any title insurance policy insuring Lender's interest in the Property.
