Before me, the undersigned notary public, personally appeared
JOHN S. RAYL and MARIB A. RAYL, his `rife, who first being duly~swora depose

and say: ~
1. They are the owners of the follo~ring described real property
located in St. Lucie County, Florida:
Lot 33, Block 373, PORT ST. LUCIB SBCTION 13, according to the plat
thereof as recorded in Plat Book 13, pages 4 and 4A through 4M of
the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
2. That they contracted with TREASURE COAST BUILDERS, INC. for
the following described improvements to said property:
construction of a single family residence.
3. That on the 20th day of November,. 1978, construction of the
above-mentioned improvements ceased because:
contractor abandoned construction.
_ 4. The owners intend to recommence construction immediately to
complete the improvement and intend to deduct the coat of completion'from the
original contract price.

5. That all lienors have been paid ia.full except the following:
