STIPULATION
Counsel for the Husband, Lorenzo Williams, Esquire, and
counsel for the Wife, Charles J. Dorfman, Esquire, pending the
temporary hearing in this cause set for_April 20, 1979, at 9:30
A. M., hereby agree and. stipulate that custody of the minor child
~ of the parties shall be 3oint. The Wife shall be given temporary

custody for a period of four days beginning on the date of this !
Order. The Husband shall then have the child for a three-day
period. The parties shall then proceed on a rotation basis with
one party having custody alternatively for four days and then
three days in each week.

CONSENT ORDER
This stipulation having been presented to the Court by counsel

for each party herein, and thj Court finding that the stipulation ~

agreed to is reasonable, it is, therefore,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Husband shall immediately deliver

to the Wife at 2602 Arnold Court, Fort Pierce, Florida, the minor
child of the parties and the Wife shall keep the child for a period
of four days thereafter, whereupon she shall deliver custody of
the child to the Husband at the Husband's designated address for
a period of three days, whereupon the child shall be re-delivered ~

to the Wife and thence to the Husband for alternative periods
of four days and three days in each week.
