ORDER
This cause coming on to be heard this 2nd day of April,
1979, upon Respondent's, JAMES M. MYRICK, Motion to Dismiss,
Motion to Vacate, Motion for Study by Family Services and Motion
for Accounting, and the Court having heard the argument of
J. Michael Brennan, Esq., counsel for Petitioners, and the
Respondent, JAMES M. MYRICK, was not present and did not have
counsel present, and the Court being otherwise fully advised in
the premises, it is
ORDERED and ADJUDGED the Motion to Dismiss, Motion to Vacate,
Motion for Study by Family Services and Motion for Accounting are
denied.
