LUCIE COUNTY, FLORInA CASE NO. 79-151 FR , IN RE: THE MARRIAGE OF IRIS THOMAS, Wife and WENDELL THOMAS, Husband i • FINAL JUDGMENT DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE This cause came on for trial the 4th day of April, 1979, and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence, • finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and subject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is thereupon ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: 1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between ZRIS THOMAS and ~IENDELL THOMAS, be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties and each of them are Rereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the obligations arising therefrom. i 2. CUSTODY. Custody of GEORGE GREGORY THOMAS, minor child of the parties, is hereby awarded to WENDELL THOMAS, with reasonable j visitation rights reserved to IRIS THOMAS. ~ 3. PROPERTY. IRIS THOMAS is hereby awarded one-half (.l/2Z interest in the following described property of the parties: t s Lot 40, Block 76, INDIAN RIVER ESTATES, UNIT 9, E as recorded in Plat Book 19, Page 74, of the p Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida. E at such time as the aforesaid property is transferred back into the possession of the parties.
