NEWBERN, Husband and DEBORAH M.NEWBERN, Wife FINAL JUDGMENT DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE This cause came on for trial the 3rd day of April, 1979 and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence, -finds and determines: this Court has jurisdiction of the parties and the subject matter of_this suit; that the relation of husband and wife now exists between the parties; that the marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is thereupon _ ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: 1. The marriage between LARRY W. NEWBERN and DEBORAH M. NEWBERN be and the same is hereby dissolved and the parties and . each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds-of matrimony I heretofore existing between them and from the obligations arising therefrom. 2. Custody of PATRICK C. NEWBERN and ANN MARIE NEWBERN, t F minor children of the parties, is hereby awarded. to the Wife, DEBORAH ! - M. NEWBERN, with reasonable visitation rights reserved to the Husband, € LARRY W. NEWBERN. r 3. Custody of WILLIAM E. NEWBERN, minor child of the parties, is hereby awarded to the Husband, LARRY W. NEWBERN, with reasonable visitation rights reserved to the Wife, DEBORAH M. NEWBERN. 4. Commencing Tuesday, April 3, 1979 LARRY W. NEWBERN shall pay to DEBORAH M. NEWBERN the sum of $200 each and every month, ! s 7 payable $46.50 per week, for the support and maintenance of the two minor children, PATRICK C. NEWBERN and ANN MARIE NEWBERN.
