Each payment shall be made too the Clerk of the
Circuit Court and by him remitted promptly to DEBORAH M. NEWBERN,
1409 South 27th Street, Ft. Pierce, Florida. In addition there is
hereby assessed the sum of $2.00 as statutory costs to be added to
each payment made to the Clerk. All payments shall be made in cash,
money order or cashier's check. Both of the parties are ordered to
keep the Clerk of this Court advised of their mailing and residence
addresses at all times while this order is in effect.
5. The Wife shall have the exclusive use and possession
of the marital home and the furniture and furnishings located therein
at 1409 South 27th .Street, Ft. Pierce,~Florida. The Husband shall pay
the monthly mortgage payments on said home and the taxes thereon when
the same become due and before they become delinquent; the insurance
premiums thereon shall be paid by the Wife. The exclusive occupancy of
the marital home by the Wife shall terminate when all the minor children
have attained the age of 18 years or in the event of the remarriage of
the Wife or in the event a male person establishes his residence
therein. Upon the occurrence of any of the above events the marital
home shall be sold and the net profits from the sale thereof shall be
divided equally between the Husband and the Wife, with either party

f having the right to purchase the other party's interest therein at the

~ fair market value and with the right of first refusal if a bona fide

offer to purchase has been received.

6. The Stipulation admitted into evidence is hereby
incorporated herein by reference and the parties are ordered to comply
with the provisions thereof.

7. Each of the parties is hereby enjoined and re-
strained from interfering with, harassing, annoying or using physical
violence on the other.
