't FINAL JUDGMENT DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE i This cause came on for trial the 4th day of April, 1979, and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence, finds and determines: That .this Court has jurisdiction of the parties and subject matter of this suit; that the relationship of husband and wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It I. is, thereupon, ' ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: 1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between EDWARD LOFTON and EDNA LAVERNE LOFTON be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the obligations arising therefrom. 2. CUSTODY. The Wife is granted the custody of the minor child of the marriage, TIA LOFTON, born January 7, 1971, with reasonable rights of visitation reserved to the Husband. 3. SUPPORT. Commencing the ~ day of 1979, the Husband shall pay to the Wife the sum of $ ,~d.. ~ each and every week for the support of the minor child named above. F Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of this Court and by E him remitted promptly to the Wife. In addition there is hereby assessed the sum of $2.00 as statutory costs to be added to each - payment made to the Clerk. All payments shall be made in cash, } f money order or cashier's check. Both of the parties are ordered to keep the Clerk of this Court advised of their mailing and resi- dence addresses at all times while this Order is in effect. The Husband shall be responsible for the payment of support until the minor child reaches the age of 18 years. 4. MARITAL APARTMENT. The Wife is hereby awarded the exclusive 3~~~ cos ~d: z szls r n
