Florida, is indebted to the State of Florida, under Chapter 212,
Florida Statutes, in the following amounts:
Taxes due under said statutes $ 1,152.94
Penalties due thereon $ 202.45
Interest due thereon $ 45.34
making a total amount of One thousand four hunflred and 73/100---------------

now due and unpaid, together with costs of collection; and
WHEREAS, said total amount due and unpaid is now delinquent
and subject to collection as in the above statute provided; and
WHEREAS, under-the above statute, it is the duty of the State
of Florida Department of Revenue to issue a warrant for the collection
of the said delinquent taxes, together with penalties, interest and
costs of collection.
NOW, THEREFORE, you and each of you are hereby commanded to
levy upon and sell the real or personal property, or both, of the
said Leslie A. Childs d/b/a C & H Auto Repair

sufficient to pay the above .total amount of one thousand four hundred and
