Second Part do hereby agree to assume the following:
1. Taxes for the current year and subsequent years.
2. Conditions, restrictions, limitations, reservations, easements and
' other matters of record.
3. The Declaration of Condominium and Exhibits attached thereto.
4. 1'he Articles of Incorporation, By-Laws and Declaration of Covenants
f and Restrictions of Ocean Vil]age Property Owner's Association, Inc.
a Florida Non-Profit corporaiton, the provisions of which documents
run with the land. The Grantee(s) assumes the Obligation of member
of said Property Owner's Association.
The benefits and obligations hereunder shall insure to and be binding upon the I~eirs,
executors, administrators, successors and assigns of the respective parties hereto.

The Grantor does hereby fully warrant the title to all the premises hereby conveyed
against 'all and every person(s) whomsover, ]awfully claiming by, through or under
the Grantor herein; and will defend the same against the lawful claims of such persons
claiming by, through or under the said Grantor, as well as the lawful claims of all
persons whomsoever.
