2. Plaintiff holds a lien for the total sum superior to any'
claim or estate of .Defendants EUGENE J. HORN and ANN P. HORN, his wife;
UNITED STATES OF AMERICA; STATE OF FLORIDA , on the following
property in St. Lucie County, Florida:
Lot 8, Block 140, SOUTH PORT ST. LUCIE UNIT 8,
according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in 5
Plat Book 14, Pages 26, 26 A - D, of the Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
3. If the total sum with interest at the rate prescribed by
law and all costs of this action accruing subsequent to this judg-
ment are not paid within three days from this date, the Clerk of
this Court shall-sell the property at public sale on
19~, between 11:00 A.M. and 2:00 P.M., to the hsighest bidder for
cash, except as set forth hereinafter, at the G door of

in accordance with section 45.031, Florida Statutes.

and shall be reimbursed for them by the Clerk if Plaintiff is not
the purchaser of the property at the sale. If Plaintiff is the

with interest and costs accruing subsequent to this judgment or such
part of it as is necessary to pay the bid in full.
5. On filin the Certificate of Title the Clerk shall distribute
