FINAL JUDGMENT
DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
This cause came on for trial the 4th day of April, 1979
and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence,
finds and determines: this Court has jurisdiction of the parties
and subject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and ~
wife now exists between the parties; that the marriage between the
parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is
thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. The marriage between PAUL RANDALL ROGERS and
TOMI LOUISE ROGERS be and the same is hereby dissolved and the

f parties and each. of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of
~ matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the obligations

arising therefrom.
~ 2. Custody of SHANE RANDALL ROGERS, minor child of
the parties, is hereby awarded to TOMI LOUISE ROGERS, with reasonable
visitation rights reserved to PAUL RANDALL ROGERS. The Husband shall
give the Wife twelve hours' notice in the event he desires to remove
the minor child from the residence of the Wife.
3. Commencing Thursday, April 5, 1979 PAUL RANDALL t
~ ROGERS shall pay to TOMI LOUISE ROGERS the sum of $25 each and every
