every week for the support of the minor child named above
Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of this
Court and by him remitted promptly to TOMI LOUISE ROGERS, 1215
Kaufman Avenue, Ft. Pierce, Florida. In addition there is hereby
assessed the sum of $2.00 as statutory costs to be added to each
payment made to~the Clerk. All payments shall be made in cash,
money order or cashier's check. Both of the parties are ordered .
to keep the Clerk of this Court advised of their mailing and
residence addresses at all times-while this order is in effect.
4. Each of the parties is hereby enjoined and
restrained from interfering with, harassing, annoying or using
physical violence on the other.
5. Each party shall be responsible for and pay
their own attorneys' fees and costs.
6. Jurisdiction of this cause and of the parties
hereto is retained for the entry of such further orders herein as
equity may require.
ORDERED at Ft. Pierce, Florida this 4th day of April,
