O R D E R
This cause having come on before this Court upon the
Plaintiffs/Counterdefendants' Petition for Temporary Relief and
Motion for Requirement of Bond, Motion to Dismiss and Motion for
Contempt and the parties through their attorneys having stipulated
to the entry of this Order and the Court being otherwise fully
advised in the premises, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Defendants/Counterplaintiffs,
PHILIP WACKER and JACQUELINE WACKER, his wife, are hereby found
to be in willful contempt of an Order of this Court for failure
to pay into the registry of the Court the monthly rent of $225.00
~ as ordered by County Judge E. P. DeFriest on January 26, 1979 and
are sentenced therefore to pay a fine in the amount of $100.00.

However, the Defendants may purge themselves of this contempt
~ by paying the amount of $100.00, representing the balance of said
rental payment, at or before 5:00 p.m. on April 5th, 1979. It is
further
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Plaintiffs/Counterdefendants
are awarded the temporary relief requested and that the Clerk of
this Court is hereby ordered to release to the Plaintiffs/Counter-
x defendants that money now held by the Court in this cause less the
3 statutory fee to which it is entitled. It is further
ORDERED and ADJUDGED that the Defendants/Counterplaintiffs,
PHILIP WACKER and JACQUELINE WACKER, his wife may continue to reside
in the mobile home at 203 Amy Lane, Green Acres Mobile Home Park for such
time as they continue to. abide by the terms of the lease and the rent
