in the amount of 5225.00 is to be paid on the 8th day of each
month and if such rent is not paid within five (5~ days of that
date, a late charge of $10.00 w311 be applied. if such rent is
not paid within ten ~10~ days o! that-date, an additional late
charge of $15.00 will be applied and it such rent is not paid
by the 23rd day of each month the Plaintiffs/Counterdefendants
will be entitled to an order of the Court ordering that the
Defendants/Counterplaintiffs remove themselves from the premises,
but in no event shall such occupancy continue past June 8, 1979._
