FINAL JUDGEMENT OF ADOPTION
This cause was heard upon the verified Petition for Adoption
filed in this cause and the recommendations of the Division of
Family Services, and it appearing to the Court that the Peti-

tioners are fit and proper persons to adopt the minor child
t
sought to be adopted and that the best interests of the child t
will be promoted by the adoption and that the child is suitable
for adoption by Petitioners, BILLY W. MOORS and MARY A. MOORS,
and being otherwise fully advised in the premises, it is
i
ADJUDGED that the minor child known as MICHAEL PAUL MOORS
is declared to be the legal child of the Petitioners, BILLY W.
MOORS and MARY A. MOORS, and is given the name of MICHAEL PAUL
t
MOORS, by which name he shall hereafter be known, and it is
ADJUDGED that this child shall be the child and legal
heir of the Petitioners,-BILLY W. MOORS and MARY A. MOORS,
j entitled to all rights and privileges, and subject to all
I
obligations of a child born to Petitioners BILLY W. MOORS and
MARY A. MOORS, in-Iawful wedlock.
