FINAL JUDGMENT OF ADOPTION
THIS CAUSE came on to be heard before me on the 5th
day of April, 1979, upon motion of .the petitioners for
Final Judgment of Adoption, and it appearing to the Court
tahat recommendation by the Department of Health and
Rehabilitative Services is not required in this case, and
the Court, being otherwise fully advised in the premises, finds:
1. That the petitioners, HAZEL IRENE MULLINS and MADISON
MULLINS, are fit and proper persons to~adopt the said child
named in the petition, and that the best interests of said
child will be promoted by such adoption.
2. That the said child is suitable for adoption by
said petitioners.
It is therefore, upon consideration,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:

a. That the child now known as PAUL FREDERICK FIELDS

is hereby declared to be the legal child and lawful heir of
HAZEL IRENE MULLINS and MADISON MULLINS, and the said child
shall be subject to all of the obligations and entitled to all
of the rights and privileges of children born to the adopting
s
parents in lawful wedlock.
ORDERED at Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida, this
day of April, 1979.
