FINAL JUDGMENT OF ADOPTION
THIS CAUSE was heard upon the verified Petition for Adoption
filed in this cause and the consent of the person involved, and
it appearing to the Court that the Petitioner is a fit and proper
person to adopt the minor child sought to be adopted and that the
best interest of the child will be promoted by the adoption and
that the child is suitable for adoption by the Petitioner, GEORGE
BURROWS HUNTINGTON III, and being otherwise duly advised in the
premises, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the minor child known as ERIC
JEFFREY JENNINGS is declared to be the legal child of the
Petitioner, GEORGE BURROWS HUNTINGTON III, and is given the
f name of ERIC JEFFREY HUNTINGTON, by which name he shall here-

t after be known and it is
ADJUDGED that this .child shall be the child and legal heir
of the Petitioner, GEORGE BURROWS HUNTINGTON III, entitled to
all rights and privileges, and subject to all obligations of a
child born to the Petitioner, GEORGE BURROWS HUNTINGTON III, in
lawful wedlock.
