' OF DANA MICHELLE WRENN
FINAL JUDGMENT OF ADOPTION
This Action came on for hearing on the 5th day of April, 1979,
upon the verified petition for adoption filed by the Petitioners,
JAMES NINES WRENN and SANDRA LOUISE WRENN, his wife, and upon the
recommendation for adoption and consent by the CHILDREN'S HOME
SOCIETY OF FLORIDA and upon the answer filed by the Florida
Department of Health and Rehabilitative Services, and it appearing
to the Court that the Petitioners are fit and proper persons to
adopt the minor child sought to be adopted, and that the best.
interest of the child will be promoted by the adoption, and that
the child is suitable for adoption by the Petitioners, and the
Court being otherwise fully advised in the premises, it is:
ADJUDGED that the minor child known as DANA MICHELLE WRENN
is declared to be the legal child of the Petitioners,
i JA.*iES NINES WRENN and SANDRA LOUISE WRENN, his wife, and is given
i
the name of DANA MICHELLE WRENN, by which name she shall hereafter
be known, and it is
ADJUDGED that said child shall be the child and legal heir
of the Petitioners, JAMES NINES WRENN and SANDRA LOUISE WRENN,
his wife, entitled to all rights and privileges, and subject to
all obligations of children born to Petitioners.
DONE D ORDERED in Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida,
this day of April, A.D., 1979.
