party of the second part, herein called the MORTGAGEE.
WITNESSETH, that for good and valuable considerations, and also in consideration of the aggregate sum
named in the promissory note of even date herewith, hereinafter described, the Mortgagor hereby grants, bargains,
se1L:, aliens, remises, rnnveys and confirms unto the Mortgagee all the certain land of which the Mortgagor is now
seized and in possession situate in St. LuCle County, Florida, viz:

3, a subdivision according to the plat thereof
recorded in Plat Book 12, Page 13A, of the
Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida

TOGETHER with all buildings, furniture, fixtures, improvements and all other personal property now located upon
} the above described premises, and which may hereafter become located upon the above described premises, together
with all rents, profits, income and revenue now and hereafter accruing from and upon the above described real and
personal property.

ALSO TOGETHER with and including as part of the buildings and improvements erected on the aforesaid
real property all building materials and other chattels on the premises intended to be incorporated in the improve-
; ments thereon, and all fixtures, equipment, accessories, and furniture which is attached to or affixed to the buildings
and improvements, including kitchen cabinets, hot water heaters, gas and electric ranges, laundry equipment and
tubs, medicine cabinets, lighting fixtures, heating plant, air-conditioning equipment, piping, tubing, duct work, radi-
ators, storm windows, storm doors, screens, screen doors, window shades and awtungs, all of which fixtures, accessor-
ics and equipment now on or hereafter placed upon the real property are hereby declared to be by the Mortgagors
fixtures and permanent additions to the realty and intended to be included as part of the real property hereby mort- _
} t;agccl, and the Mortgagor does hereby grant unto the Mortgagee a security interest in all of the foregoing items.
