2. This Affidavit is made for the purpose of inducing
Title Insurance Cor orationto insure title to the above-descr a rea
estate in avor o John L. Broom and Kathryn T.Broom, his wife
as (purchaser - owner
3. That all utility bills and charges through the date of closing (or
delivery of possession,as agreed) have been or will be paid.
4. That the above-described property is free and clear of all liens,
taxes, encumbrances and claims of every kind,nature and description whatso-
ever,except for recorded mortgages,if any, and taxes for the current year.
S. That all buildings and improvements on said property have been en-
tirely completed. That there have been no improvements,alterations or repairs
to the above-described property for which the costs thereof remain unpaid,and
that there are no claims for labor or material furnished for repairing or im-
proving the same, which remain unpaid, except the following:

6. That there are no mechanics', materialmen's or laborer's liens
