MARY TATE, Plaintiff, takes and enters her interlocutory appeal
to the District Court of Appeal, Fourth District of Florida to
review the Order of the Circuit Court for St. Lucie County, Florida, =
bearing date of the 5th day of March, 1979, and entered and.
recorded in O.R. Book 304 at Page 1725, on the 7th day of March,
1979. The nature of the Order appealed from is an interlocutory
order in equity denying equitable relief, retaining jurisdiction
and transferring the cause to the law side of the docket. All
parties to the cause are called upon to take notice of the entry
of this interlocutory appeal.
