FINAL JUDGMENT FOR DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
THIS CAUSE came on for final hearing on the 4th day of April,
1979, and the Wife having appeared with counsel and a default having
been entered against the Husband for failing to-file or serve an answer
or other pleading.- And the Court having given full consideration to
all the evidence, finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of
the parties and subject matter of this suit; that the relations of
Husband and Wife now exists between the parties; the equities are with
the Wife and against the Husband, and the Wife is entitled to dissolution
of marriage. It is thereupon
ORDERED and ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between the Wife,
SHIRLEY A. SMITH, and the Husband, REGINALD R. SMITH, be and the same
is hereby dissolved, and the said parties and each of them are hereby

forever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between

~ them and from the obligations arising therefrom.

~ 2. CUSTODY. Custody of RDGINA MARIE SMITH, minor child of the

Husband and Wife, is hereby awarded to the Wife with reasonable ~ pry-

visitation rights reserved to the Husband.

3. CHILD SUPPORT. Commencing the 6th day of April, 1979,~~
Husband shall pay to the Clerk of this Court the sum of Twenty (20)
. Dollars per week, each and every week hereaYter for the support of
the minor child named herein, which shall be remitted promptly to
the Wife. In addition thereto, is hereby assessed the sum of X2.00
