WHEREAS, The Grantor is seized of an estate in fee simple ~ ~ of a parcel of land lying on each side of the following describ- ~ ed centerline: j~ From the Northwest corner of Government Lot 1, Section f 33, Township 34 South, Range 40 East, St. Lucie County, ~ Q Florida, run North 89°53' East along the North line of ~ I said Government Lot 1, 24.2 feet to the easterly right ~ 1 of way line of Florida East Coast Railway, thence run E ~ I~ South 20°43' East along said easterly right of way line ~ 524.5 feet, thence run East 561.38 feet to the point of y beginning, thence on an angle of 80°3t~' as measured from West to North, run Northwesterly 9fi.11 feet to the i. beginning of a curve concave to the Southwest, said curve •having a central angle of 80°30' and a radius of t~ 55.34 feet, thence run North and West along said curve 77.75 feet, thence run West 90.27 feet to the end, less right of way for St. Lucie Lane; ~ and further less those portions of the aforesaid lands which 1 were previously conveyed by the Grantor herein, to the following I persons: ~ Parcel No. 1 - Illa M.
