WHEREAS, by deed dated October 12, 1977, the Grantee herein
acquired title to Parcel No. 1, said deed having been filed for
' record in Official Records Book 275, at page 2250, of the Public

I' WHEREAS, by Grant of Easement on this date, the Grantee,

Ij JAMES F. GRIMES, has granted to the Grantor, their heirs,

successors and assigns a perpetual non-exclusive easement over
~i that portion of his property which comprises a part of the

WITNESSETH, that in pursuance of the said .Agreement and in

paid by the Grantee to the Grantor, the receipt whereof is here- i
by acknowledged, the Grantor hereby grants, bargains, sells,

thence run North and West along said curve 77.75 feet,
thence run West 90.27 feet to the end.-
to be used in conjunction with the Grantor, their heirs, suc-
cessors and assigns and specifically in conjunction with all ~
owners of land lying adjacent to said easement, together with J

sors and assigns and each of their tenants, servants, visitors ~
and licensees, in common with all others having the like right,
