ORDINANCE NO. G-344
AN ORDINANCE VACATING AND ABANDQiVING A 1S FOOT ALLEY ADJACQdf
TO LOTS 11 ~ 12, BIACK 1, $ LOTS 11 $ 12, BLOCK 2; $ S. 15' OF
NOdt'IH 15TH SfREBT R/NT, HAPP'YLAI~ S/D; REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES
OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HERE1~fITH; AND PROVIDING
FOR THE EFFECTIVE HATE HEREOF.
BE IT ORDAINID BY THE CITY COMrIISSION OF THE CITY OF FORT PIERCE, FLORIDA:
SECTION I. From and after the effective date of this Ordinance, an
alley, fifteen (1S) feet in width, adjacent to Lots 11 and 12, Block 1, and
Lots 11 and 12, Block 2; and the south fifteen (15) feet of North ISth Street
right-of-way as dedicated by the Plat of Happyland Subdivision and recorded in
Plat Book 8, Page 60 of the public records of Saint Lucie County, Florida,
shall be and the same is hereby vacated and abandoned.
SECTION II. All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict herewith
are hereby repealed.
SECTION III. This Ordinance shall be and become effective upon final
passage.

WE, THE UrIDERSIGNED, Mayor Commissioner and the Deputy City Clerk of the
City of Fort Pierce, Florida, do hereby certify that the foregoing and above
Ordinance No. G-344 was duly advertised by title only in the Fort Pierce
News Tribune on May 13, 1977; was duly introduced, read and passed on first
reading by the city Commission of the City of Fort Pierce, Florida, on the
16th day of May, 1977, copy of said Ordinance was made available at the
office of the City Clerk to the public upon request during the time between
the first and second reading of the Ordinance; and was duly read and passed on
second and final reading on the 6th day of June, 1977 by the City Comaission
of the City of Fort Pierce, Florida..
