AN ORDINANCE CL06ING A PORTION OF 90iTI1i 17TH STREET LYING BETWE~1
OOR(XVI1D0 AVENiJE AND PONCE DE LEON PRADO; REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES
OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HERtiWITH; AND PROM1/IDING FOR THE
EFFECTIVE HATE I~REOF.
IiE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY CCTvMISSION OF Tim CITY OF FORT PIER(, FLORIDA:
SECTION I. That from and after the effective date of this ordinance,
a portion of South 17th Street lying between Coronado Avenue and Ponce de
Leon Prado in Fort Pierce, Florida, be and the same is hereby closed as a
public road.
SECTION II. All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict herewith
are hereby repealed.
SECTION III. This Ordinance shall be and become effective immediately
upon final passage.

WE, TITE UNDERSIGNED, Mayor Commissioner and the City Clerk of the City
of Fort Pierce, Florida, do hereby certify that the foregoing and above
Ordinance IVo. G-386 was duly advertised by title only in the Fort Pierce
News Tribune on~the 16th day of December, 1977; was duly introduced, read
and passed on first reading by title only by the City Commission of the City
of Fort Pierce, Florida, on the 19th day of December, 1977; copy of said
Ordinance was made available at the Office of the City Clerk to the public
upon request during the time between the first and second readings of the
Ordinance; and was duly read and passed on second and final reading by title '
only on the 3rd day of Jarwary, 1978, by the City Commission of the City
of Fort Pierce, Florida.
IN WITNESS iN-IEREOF, we have hereunto set our hands and affix the Official
Seal of the City of Fort Pierce, Florida, this the 3rd day of January, 1978.
