ORDINANCE NO. H-39

AN ORDINANCE GIVING THE NAME OF FRIST BOULEVARD TO THAT
CERTAIN UNNAMED STREET RUNNING EAST AND WEST BETWEEN 23RD
STREET AND 25TH STREET, SOUTH OF OHIO AVENiJTs AND NORTH OF
PENNSYLVANIA AVENUE, AND USED AS .THE MAIN ACCESS STREET
TO LAWNWOOD MEDICAL•CENTER IN FORT PIERCE, FLORIDA; AND
PROVIDING FOR THE EFFECTIVE DATE HEREOF.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF FORT PIERCE,
FLORIDA:

SECTION I. From and after the effective date of this Ordinance,
that certain street in the City of Fort Pierce, County of St. Lucie,
Florida, running east and west between 23rd Street and 25th Street,_
south of Ohio Avenue and north of Pennsylvania Avenue, and used as
the main access street to Lawnwood Medical Center, described as '
follows, to-wit:
From the SW corner of Block 93 of said LAWNWOOD ADDITION
run S 89° 29' 42" E a distance of 10 feet tg the E line of
a ?0' R/W for S 25th Street, thence run N 0 0' 18" E along
said R/W a distance of 175' to th~ P.O.B. of the 100' parcel
herein described, thence run S 89 27' 2?" E a distance of
859.46' to the E R/W for S 23rd Street thence run N 0 05' 58"
E along said R/W 100', thence run N 89° 2?' 2?" W a distance
of $59.62' to the E R/W line for S 25th Street, thence run
S 0 0' 18" W a distance of 100' to the P.O.B., sub3ect
to a 15' easement ad3acent to 25th Street in the City of
Fort Pierce. The above being a part of LAWNWOOD ADDITION as
recorded in Plat Book 2, Page 16, St. Lucie County, Florida.
shall be named and known as Frist Boulevard.
SECTION II. That a certified copy of this Ordinance shall be
filed and recorded is the Public Records of St. Lucie County, -
Florida.
SECTION III. That this Ordinance shall be and become effective
immediately upon final passage. -

WE, THE UNDERSIGNED, Mayor Commissioner and City Clerk of the
City of Fort Pierce, Florida, do hereby certify that the foregoing
and above Ordinance No. H-39, was duly advertised by title only in
the Fort Pierce News Tribune on the 7th day of November, 1978; was
duly introduced, read and passed on first reading by title only by
the City Commission of the City of Fort Pierce, Florida, on the
6th day of November, 1978; copy of said Ordinance was made avail-
; able at the office of the City Clerk to the public upon request during
s the time between the first and second readings of the Ordinance;
and was duly read and passed on second and final reading by title
only on the 20th dag-of November, 1978, by the City Commission of _
the City of` Fort Pierce, Florida. ~
