BB IT ORDAINED BY THB CITY COMMISSION OF THB CITY OF FORT ~
PIERCB, FLORIDA:
SBCTION I. From and after the effective date of this
Ordinance, an alley or strip of land, being approximately ten
(10) feet wide, located immediately east and adjacent to Lots
1 through 10, Inclusive, of Fairview Park Subdivision, as i
shown on the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 4, Page 29,

of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, shall be
and the same is hereby vacated and abandoned.
SECTION II. All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in ~

conflict herewith are hereby repealed. -

SECTION III. This Ordinance shall be and become effective

upon final passage.

WE, THE UNDERSIGNED, Mayor Commissioner and the City Clerk
of the City of Fort Pierce, Florida, do hereby certify that the
~ foregoing and above Ordinance No. H-54 was duly advertised by title
only in the Fort Pierce News Tribune on the 9th day of February,
e 1979; was duly introduced, read ,and passed on first reading by
the Citq Commission of the City of Fort Pierce, Florida, on the
~ 5th day of February, 1979; copy of said Ordinance was made avail-
able at the office of the City Cleric to the public upon request }
during the time between the first and second reading of the Ordinance;
and was duly read and passed on second and final reading on the
20th day of February, 1979, by the City Commission of the City of
s Fort Pierce, Florida. -
IN WITNESS HEREWITH, we hereunto set our hands and affix
