AN ORDINANCE VACATING AND ABANDONING A 15 FOOT ALLEY
ADJACENT TO LOTS 11 b 12, BLR. 15, AND LOTS 1 b 13,
BLR. 18, A. C. DITTMAR'S S/D OF BLR. 15 AND BLOCK "0"
OF THB OFFICIAL MAP OF FT. PIBRCB, FL.; REPEALING ALL
ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCBS IN CONFLICT HEREWITH;
AND PROVIDING FOR THE BFFBCTIVB DATB HER8OF.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF FORT PIERCB,
FLORIDA:
SECTION I. From and after the effective date of this s

Ordinance, an alley, fifteen (15) feet wide, lying ad3acent to ~
t
Lots 1~ and 12, Block 15, and Lots 1 and 13, Block 18, as per
Plat of A. C. Dittmar's Subdivision of Block 15 and Block "O" of
the Official Map of Fort Pierce, Florida, as recorded thereof in
Plat Book 1, Page 27 of the Public Records of Saint Lucie County,
Florida, all lying in Section 10, Township 35 South, Range 40 East,
shall be and the same is hereby vacated and abandoned.
SECTION II. All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in con-
flict herewith are hereby repealed.
SECTION III. This Ordinance shall be and become effective

WE, THE UNDERSIGNED, Mayor Commissioner and the City Clerk
of the City of Fort Pierce, Florida, do hereby certify that the
r foregoing and above Ordinance No. H-55 was duly advertised by
title only in the Fort Pierce News Tribune on the 9th day of February,
1979; was duly introduced, read and passed on first reading by the
City Commission of the City of Fort Pierce, Florida., on-the 5th ~
day of February, 1979; copy of said Ordinance was made available at
the office of the City Clerk to the public upon request during the
time between the first and second reading of the Ordinance; and was
duly read and passed on second and final reading on the 20th day of
3 February, 1979, by the City Commission of the City of Fort Pierce,
Florida. i
