SECiTON I. From and after the effective date hereof, the City of Fart
Pierce hereby vacates that portion of the southerly three (3) feet of the
Avecnie "C' right-of--way, lying between the western portial of the FDC Rail-
road right-of~aay and U.S. ~1, moms particularly described as follows:
A ttnee (3) foot strip of lurid, being a portion of Avern~e
"C' right-of~aay, extending from the east rat-of-sway lime
of U.S. Hig~y No. 1 to the west line of Florida Fast
Coast Railroad Coa~any right-of-way and lying adjacent to
Lot•~1, C.S. Harpers Resuhdivision as recorded thereof in
the public records of St. Lucie Canty in Plat Bodo 3, Page
15 and. lying adjacent to Ints 1, 2, 3, and 4, Block C, Dittmar
& McCarty's Subdivision as recorded thereof in the public
records of St. Iucie Canty, Florida in Plat Book 1, Page 3,
all lying in Section 10, Zbwnship 35 South, Range 40 East,
- St. Lucie Canty, F1onLda.
SFX.'iZON II. All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances 3n con€lict herewith
are hereby repealed.
SECIZON III. Ztiis Oriiinance shall be and become effective upon final
passage and upon the execution of a Warranty Deed by the Gity of Fart Pierce
oo~nveying the above described property to Flowers Baking Co. of Ft. Pierce,
Inc., a Florida oo~rporati:on and upon the receipt by the City of Fort Pierce of
a Warranty Deed conveying that certain property along U.S. Z by Flowers

read and passed on second and final reading by title only on the 19th day
