ORDINANCE N0. H-59
AN ORDINANCE VACATING AND ABANDONING AN ALLEY OR STRIP
OF LAND BEING APPROXIMATELY 10'.WIDE AND 122.5' LONG,
LOCATED ADJACENT TO LOTS 1, 2 $ BASF 20.5' OF LOT 3 ON
THE NORTH AND ADJACENT TO LOT 6 ~N THE SOUTH IN BLOCK 3,
ORANGE PLACE S/D; REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF
ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HERBWITH; AND PROVIDING POR THE
EFFECTIVE DATE HEREOF.
BE IT ORDAINED BY TH8 CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF FORT PIERCE,
FLORIDA:
• Section 1. From and after the effective date of this Ordinance,
an alley or strip of land being approximately ten (10) feet wide and
one hundred twenty two and five tenths (122.5) feet long, located
adjacent to Lots 1, 2 and the East 20.5 feet of Lot 3 on the north, '
and adjacent to Lot 6 on the south in Block 3, Orange Place Sub-
division, all lying in Section 8-35-40, Fort Pierce, St. Lucie !
County, Florida.
Section 2. All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict

herewith are hereby repealed.
Section 3. This Ordinance. shall be and become effective upon
final passage. ~

WE, THE UNDERSIGNED, Mayor Commissioner and City Clerk of the
City of Fort Pierce, Florida, do hereby certify that the foregoing
and above Ordinance No. H-S9 was duly advertised by title only in
the Fort. Pierce, News Tribune on the-9th day of February, 1979;
was duly introduced, read and passed on first reading by title only
by the City Commission of the City of Fort Pierce, Florida, on the
20th day of February, 1979; copy of said Ordinance was made avail-
able at the office of the City Clerk to the public upon request
during the time between the first and second readings of the Ordi-
nance; and was duly read and passed on second and final reading by
title only on the Sth day of March, 1979, by the City Commission
of the City of Fort Pierce, Florida.
