THIS INDENTURE, made this 21st day of March, 1979, between
Burl H. Blackman, a widower, Party of the First Part,~whose residenc r- {

- Gray and Bernice M. Gray, husband and wife, Party of the Second Part
f{- whose mailing address is 2803 Patricia Lane, Rolling Hills, Marion,
Indiana, 46952, WITNESSETH:

_ That the said Party of the First Part, for and in consid- _ r
eration of the sum of Ten Dollars and other good and valuable con- -
sideration to it in hand paid by the said Party of the Second Part,
( _ the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, has granted, bargained

signs forever, the following described land situate, lying and being s
- in the City of Port St. Lucie, County of St. Lucie, and State of

ion according to the plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 14, Page 22
of the Public Records of St.Lucie County, Florida.

Subject to conditions, restrictions, reservations, limi-
tations and easements of record, zoning and other regulatory
ordinances and taxes for the year 1979.

And the said Party of the First Part does hereby fully s
warrant the title to said land, and will defend the same against the t
lawful claims of all persons whomsoever.
Party of the First Part is the surviving widower of
Maril n Blackman, who died on the 30th da of Janua _

rried to and living with Party of the First Part, her death ter-
inating the tenancy by the entireties which had theretofore existed
in the above lot and vesting title thereto i_n her surviving widower.
