PARTIAL RELEASE OF MORTGAGE '

Florida Partnership; BERNIE THAMES and ALEXANDRIA THAMES, his wife; MARK E. STEVENS
and BETTY J. STEVENS, his wife; CHESTER C. CHAMBERS, SR., and NANCY L. CHAMBERS, his
~yife; and STANLEY HICKS and LELA N. NICKS, his wife
by Indenture of Mortgage bearing date the 10th day of August ,A.D., 1977, and
recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court in and for the County of
St. Lucie, State of Florida, in Official Record Book 272, Page 1299, granted and
conveyed unto SUNBURST SERVICE CORPORATION, A Florida Corporation and assigns, the
premises therein particularly described, to secure the payment of the sum of
($450,000.00) Four Hundred Fifty Thousand and NO/100------------------------DOLLARS,
?vith interest as therein mentioned; and by Indenture of Second Mortgage bearing date
' the 18th day of April ,A.D., 1978, and recorded in the Office of the Clerk of
the Circuit Court in and for the County of St. Lucie, State of Florida, in Official
Record-Book 28b, Page 1816, granted and conveyed unto SUNBURST SERVICE CORPORATION,
i, Florida Corporation and assigns the premised therein particularly described, to
secure the payment of the sum of ($90,000.00) Ninety Thousand and NO/100----DOLLARS,
with interest as therein mentioned:

premises, from the liens and operation of said Mortgages:

of. the execution hereof, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, does remise,
release, quit-claim, exonerate and discharge from the liens and operation of said
:-ortgages unto the said HIDDEN RIVER ESTATES DEVELOPERS, a General Florida Partnership;

of land, being a part of the premises conveyed by said mortgages, to-wit:
Lot 13, Block 1, HIDDEN RIVER ESTATES
according to the Plat thereof recorded

TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same, with appurtenances, unto the said HIDDEN RIVER ESTATES
sEVELOPERS, a General Florida Partnership; BERNIE THAMES and ALEXANDRIA THAMES, his
