All of Lots 1, 4 and 5, Block F, on the Plat of Edgartawn, as per plat on file
in Plat Book 1, page 160, public records of St. Lucie County, Florida; said
lots also being described as Lots 1, 4 and 5, Black 11 (f) of the Assessor's map
of the North part of Fort Pierce, Florida, as per plat thereof on file in Plat
Book 1, page 164, public records of St. Lucie County, Florida; LESS AND ERCEPT
all that part of said Lot 1 Block F and Block 11 (F), respectively, lying East of
the existing concrete retaining wall, running in a North/South direction across
said Lot 1, and being further described as follows:
Begin at the Northeast corner of said Lot 1=; thence run Westerly a distance of
25 feet along the Northerly boundary of said_Lot 1 to the existing retaining wall;
thence run Southeasterly along said retaining wall to the Southerly boundary of
said Lot 1 to a point 30.2 feet West of the Southeast corner of said Lot 1;
thence run East 30.2 feet along the Southerly boundary to the Southeast corner ~
