OF PARTY PLAINTIFF
COMES NOW the Plaintiff and the Defendants, by
and through their undersigned attorneys, and respectfully
stipulate and agree that the WARD BUSINESS FORMS, INC.,
j may enter an appearance on its own behalf, in addition to
that for the use and benefit of FLORIDA FARM BUREAU INSURANCE
COMPANY.
IT IS FURTHER STIPULATED AND AGREED that the
amendment to the Complaint, attached hereto, may be filed
upon the entry of an Order for_such joinder:
~I (5) As a direct and proximate result of the
negligence and carelessness of the Defendant, EDDIE WILSON,

JR., the truck, trailer, and contents owned by the Plaintiff,

' WARD BUSINESS FORMS, INC., were damaged, had their value

~ depreciated, necessitating repairs thereto, .and/or the total
loss and demolition of the same, and the Plaintiff, WARD

BUSINESS FORMS, INC., lost the use of its truck and trailer
for a period of time, necessitating the rental of replace- k

ments therefore.
