This cause, having come on to be heard before me in St.
Lucie County, Florida, on March 27, 1979, upon Motion of the Plaintiff
for this Court's Writ of Execution, and this ::our.; having heard the
argument of counsel for the Plaintiff and the Defendant, DONALD J.
HANDKINS, and being otherwise fully advised in the premises, it is,
upon consideration,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED That the Motion for this Court's Writ
of Execution be and the same is hereby granted as to the sum of
$2560.88 awarded as Partial Summary Judgment against DONALD J.
HANDKINS in favor of SIERRA LAND & CATTLE CO., Plaintiff, which
f Partial Summary Final Judgment was dated March 1, 1979.
NE AND ORDERED in Vero Beach, Indian River County, Florida,
