THIS CAUSE came to be heard before this Court upon the '
Wife's Petition for Dissolution of Marriage and the Court ~

having heard the testimony, finds as follows: '
~ 1. That the Petitioner REBECCA THOMAS has been a

resident of the State of Florida for more than six months

I` prior to the filing of .the Petition;

2. That jurisdiction of the cause has been properly

obtained by constructive service and the publication of Notice j
'4 of Suit and service of the same by Certified Mail;
~ 3. That the marriage is irretrievably broken; I

4. That the P~ife/Petitioner is the best person to have
1? the custody and control of the minor children, ANGEL THOMAS,

i~ WHEREFORE, it is ORDERED and ADJUDGED as follows:

't of them are hereby freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore

existing between them and from the obligations arising therefrom.
