PETITION FOR DISCHARGE ~
The undersigned, as personal representative of the
above estate, alleges:
1. The decedent, LSSTER S. BUEDDSMAN,
a resident of St. Lucie County, Florida, died on December
17, 1977, and Letters of Administration were issued to
petitioner on January 27, 1978.
2. Filing of a final accounting herein is hereby
waived by the petitioner, who is the sole beneficiary under
decedent's will.
3. Petitioner has fully administered this estate
by making payment, settlement or other disposition of all
claims and debts that were presented, and by paying or making
provision for the a went of all ex enses of administration.

4.. Petitioner has filed all required estate tax returns
with the Internal Revenue Service and with the Department
of Revenue of the State of Florida, and has obtained and

filed with this Court evidence of the satisfaction of this
} estate's obligations for both federal and Florida estate taxes,

5. Petitioner has made distribution of the assets of

this estate as set forth below:
