ii The instrument presented to this Court as an authenticated copy
of the Last Will and Testament of Albert J. Rose, Deceased, having been
duly admitted to probate and record in the Circuit Court of St. Lucie County,
a Court of probate jurisdiction, and the Court finding that the Will of the
decedent complies with the laws of Florida as to form and execution, and that
it devises real property located in this County, owned by the decedent at the
~ time of his death; said property described as (1) Lot 43, Block 25, Unit
7, INDIAN RIVER ESTATES, St. Lucie County, Florida; and (2) Lot 10, Block
f~# 53, Unit S, LAKE~d00D PARK, St. Lucie County, Florida and the Court finding
f~ that a duly authenticated copy of the Will, the Petition for Probate and the

Order admitting them to probate in the proper court of the domiciliary state
i~ have been filed herein by the Petitioner, it is
