E~E t ORDER OF SUMMARY ADMINISTRATION On the petition of Shirley Garten for Summary Administration of the estate of Samuel Rubin, deceased, the court finding that~the decedent died on the 28th day of May, 1978; that under penalties of perjury, claimant and/or petitioner is the only living relative and heir at law of decedent; that the material allegations of the petition are true; and that an Order of Summary Administration should be entered, it is ADJUDGED that there be immediate distribution of the assets of the decedent as follows: TO claimant, SHIRLEY GARTEN of 6847 Harding Avenue, Miami i i Beach, Florida 33141, the following described property in St. Lucie County, Florida. ~ Lot 1, Block 18, PARADISE PARK, as recorded in Plat Book 8, page 17 of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida. ADJUDGED FURTHER, that those to whom specified parts of the decedent's estate are assigned by this order shall be entitled and i collect the same, and to maintain actions to enforce the right. i ADJUDGED FURTHER that debtors of the decedent, those holding property of the decedent, and those with whom securities.or other E f F f properties of decedent are registered, are authorized and empowered to comply with this order by paying delivering, and transferring to those specified above the parts of the decedent's estate assigned to R i them by this order, and shall not be accountable to anyone else for ' the property.
